1.
When booking please telephone or email your requirements and we will
provisionally book a caravan for you. Please then confirm in writing within 7
days along with your deposit which will be 20% of the rental cost. This
deposit is non-refundable. Please make cheques and postal orders payable to: N
J Sizzey. Any cash sent through the post is the senders responsibility and we
cannot be held liable for any loss of booking or refund of any monies sent.
A confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail or post.
2.
Approx 8 weeks before your holiday we will send you a reminder of the
balance due. This will include a £50.00
deposit to cover any major breakages, damage or missing items from the caravan.
There will be an inventory displayed in the Information Folder.
Items will be checked and amended as necessary by us before and after
each use. The deposit will be
returned to you at the end of your holiday (less any amounts required).
Should the cost of any damage be excessively more than the £50.00
retained we reserve the right to invoice you for the outstanding balance. The
hirer/party leader is responsible for all members of the party and will be
charged for any damage done by any member of the party during your stay.
3. Please
note that if the balance is not paid by the due date shown on the confirmation
we reserve the right to re-let the caravan on the specified date and you will
forfeit your deposit.
4.
Should you book your holiday within 8 weeks of your arrival date, full
payment of the rental together with the security deposit will be due
immediately.
5.
Once full payment has been received you will receive confirmation of
where to collect your keys and directions to the caravan.
The Caravan will be available from 4.00pm on the date of your arrival.
In order that the caravan can be checked and cleaned to our high
standards it is requested that you vacate the caravan by

Whilst we don't expect you to clean the caravan after your use, please
ensure that you leave the caravan tidy and all washing up has been done.

We are unfortunately unable to accept bookings from single sex groups of
more than 2 persons, from any person under the age of 21 years or groups of
young people under the age of 21 years or parties whose numbers exceed the
number of berths in the caravan due to site and other regulations.
8.
No pets are allowed in the caravan.
9.
If the caravan becomes un-rentable for any reason out of our control
prior to your holiday a full refund will be given.
11.
In the event of you needing to cancel the holiday please inform us immediately
by telephone. If you have paid the
final balance we will only be able to refund the security deposit of £50.00.
We therefore suggest that you obtain travel insurance to cover you in the
event of cancellation being required.
12.
Any facilities available on the site are the responsibility Broadland Sands, if
any are unavailable for use during your stay we cannot accept any liability for
this. This includes the swimming pool, entertainment club and children's
playground.
